I've got a banging headache, toothache and awful back pain. I really wanted an early night tonight as out tomorrow. Just having a moan.

Ahh there's nothing worse than persistent pain.

Have you taken anything for it?

I hope you feel better in the morning, but in the meantime, just remember that there are many people out there far worse off than you're feeling right now!

Yeah it is a bit unhelpful to be fair.

I'm pretty sure that's why ambulance crews don't turn up at car crashes, and tell the victims "there are many people out there far worse off than you're feeling right now!"

Ditto police and fire crews.

I'm fully aware there are people worse off than me but I'm in a lot of pain and admittedly feeling a bit sorry for myself!

Hope it shifts soon for you OP. Any of those things are shit to have but all three together is awful.

I have chronic pain but I still have a good bloody moan at either of those three things as it's different pain.

As it is, I've been having my own moan tonight as my lovely dog accidentally headbutted me right in the nose today, bad enough that it started gushing with blood straight away and I was panicking it was broken. It's not, "just" bruised and swollen but that's sore though tbh.

I hope you can manage some sleep soon and I hope tomorrow is a better day for you pain-wise.
