Baby will not take bottle!

For medical reasons I am trying to wean baby off breast and onto formula. She is 4 months and absolutely won't take a bottle/formula. She cries or spits it out which is distressing, I end up giving her breast because I don't want her to miss feeds etc. Has anyone got any tips please, I've tried walking/singing and feeding her, rocking and all sorts...

Get someone else to do the bottle and you leave the house the first few times. If you're there she will want you.

Have you also tried to do expressed milk in bottle first to get baby used to bottlez then mix formula and breast milk before doing all formula?

Have you tried leaving the house and giving her to your partner? She can smell your milk.
