Hives in 4 year old?

My son has no known allergies
Last Wednesday he came out in hives at 2pm which disappeared soon after then again at the night time
Gave piriton and nothing till the Saturday
Friday he ended up in the walk in centre with Balinitis
He’s had little occurrences of hives, they appear on the trunk area and disappear quickly
He has been given penicillin and no issues

He isn’t ill or worked up, the balanitis has cleared now and he’s had his last dose of Amoxiclav
Can an infection such as this cause hives?
I have health anxiety and my mind runs away with me

Hives is more often not allergy related so chances are it's related to him being unwell which is fairly common in children.

They went away then seemed to appear again yesterday and today. Seems to be when he gets warm. Just anxious as I am with everything

I hope your little one is doing okay today. We’ve having a similar experience but it has gone from the occasional small reaction to more severe- covering 50% of their back last night and other small ones too. Did you get any advice from the medical person you saw?

They’re still happening. Just one or 2 in “fold areas”
Seems to be sweat related
