To be worried about this on my foot?

It started as a small red bump, it was very itchy and I scratched it. It started to bleed and I think it’s now scabbed over but it’s intensely itchy. Not sure what it is

Might be impetigo?
Can you ask a pharmacist to have a look at it?

Looks like a solar keratosis caused by prolonged sun exposure . Might be a good idea to get it checked out.

Scabies?

I'd get that checked out, I've just finished using some chemo cream on something that looked similar - don't panic if you need to as well, it worked a treat and very quickly.

I'd get it looked at by a GP - it's likely nothing but always better to be safe than sorry when it comes to unknown lumps and bumps.
