Took DH out for a celebration meal last night and he chose a spoons as they are the only pub chain that sell his favourite beer. OK, not classy but whatever, he's happy.
It wasn't a local one, we hadn't been before. This may be relevant.
Ordered on the app. It came back with an order error and asked me to pay again but the money immediately debited from my account. Went to the bar, explained, she checked the system, the order went through, I only paid the once. All good, DH enjoyed his mixed grill and favourite beer. We left after finishing eating, no further orders.
This morning the payment has been refunded to my bank account.
DH says hurrah, free dinner. I think I should probably go back and offer to pay again but that would also involve an hour round trip.
WWYD? Go back, or shrug and leave it?
