Inhaled white spirit

I just cleaned my paintbrushes with white spirit and now I have a BANGING headache. After a bit of googling I'm worried. Should I be?

It'll just be the fumes. You'll be fine. Get some fresh air.

Paracetamol is your friend, take 2 and lie in a darkened room. Google is not your friend.

Well there's not much you can do about it now, just ventilate when washing brushes in future I guess. Maybe a cup of tea and a lie down if you can?

Hey, you’ll be okay have a lie down and eat/drink something. Like pp said you know better ventilation for next time 😊
