Should I be referred to occupational health?

I have experienced depression and anxiety for 4+ years now. I started a new job at the beginning of the year, and made them aware of this. I take medication and attend therapy, for which I leave work about half an hour early one day per week. This was a local agreement between me and my manager. My manager also did a stress risk assessment with me.

I was wondering if I should be referred to occupational health? I don't particularly need any further adjustments, however would it be worth having the occupational health report in case I ever move roles or my manager leaves? Or is it not required in this case?

I've got a similar arrangement with my manager. I've declined occupational health at the moment but made sure I have a written copy of the agreement, so if my manager changes, I feel ok. But it is an open offer for me to see occupational health.
Get a copy in writing. If they won't, then I'd see occupational health x
