Japanese cream for Vulva irrigation and itchiness

We are in Japan and DD13 has been complaining of the area around her vulva being itchy and red. She also has a clear discharge. Apart from that she is well, not temperature or other complaints.

It is another week until we are back in the UK; GP didn’t want to speak to me snd said as we are overseas.

What cream can I get in a pharmacy?

any advice would be greatly appreciated

I agree, a doctor would be best but Feminina cream might work - if you ask at the pharmacy , ask for something for her “delicate zone” which is the euphemism for genital area
