I've come across Post partnum rage and it fits my symptoms.
Ive been to the doctor who says I'm just tired and I don't meet the criteria for PPD or PLA but wants to give me anti depressants anyway.
I go into fits of anger so often compared to before the baby. Eg self serve coffee machine, someone took my mug after the coffee was just about to finish. I was on my phone writing an important email and there was more than one machine. Last was shouting "who's this coffee" whilst also removing my coffee the second the last drop came. Usually I would just get another coffee but I was so angry at the women etc.
I know this isn't me.
Any thoughts?
