To think this doesn't make up for the mix up

I get one of those fancy subscription vitamin gummy boxes, you know, the ones where they put 5 or so vitamins in to one gummy to take daily. I hate taking vitamins and am currently pregnant so need folic acid, as well as iron, vitamin D and a few other things. Normally my subscription boxes are fine and I generally tend to recommend the company to friends.

Now here's my issue. Today, I noticed that the individual gummies I've been having the past week or so, which was delivered to my house as part of my subscription, do not have my name on them. I then open the box and investigate and the little piece of paper which lists the vitamins included is completely different from my own. It doesn't include anything I need, and does include a huge amount of vitamin A, which is dangerous for pregnant women. I know I should've checked but I had no reason to think they wouldn't be mine- they were delivered in a box addressed to me at my address, and I've used this company for years with no issues.

I emailed the company explaining this. I'm not sure what I was hoping for, but they've sent me a new box and refunded me £17. One single box is £35. I feel like this is an absolute joke considering it's entirely their fuck up. I'm not threatening lawsuits or anything but surely this is a bigger deal than just £17?! AIBU?

It happens. Ultimately you need to check what you are eating, especially with some weird vitamin mix. Why don't you just take pregnacare or similar?
