To feel like time has somehow sped up since becoming a mum

Where does the time go when you have kids?? My little boy will be 3 years old next week and I just don’t understand where the time has gone!! I’m sure it never went this fast before I had him!!

Time really does fly when you have kids! I can't believe my son is almost 11, I don't know where the last almost 10 years have gone!l half the time!

Yes, it does that.
Though I think it also speeds up as you get older anyway.

The thing that's weird when they're little is that the years go fast but some of the hours seem interminable

Dh & I say it all the time.
I can’t believe our oldest is starting primary school in September.
Dc 2 is 18 months old and it feels like he was only a baby for a few weeks.

I wish time would slow down but the months are flying by.

My baby will be 16 in 3 weeks.
I was completely blindsided when he got his national insurance number in the post recently.

I feels like he was born about 3 months ago!!

There's the saying "The days are long but the years are short." Sums up life with little (or not so little anymore!) ones perfectly.

I always say they should put it in the parenting books about how much life flies by once you have kids
