To think my phone has been hacked.

So this is kind of light hearted but not at the same time......
I noticed over the last two weeks a couple weird things on my phone.

I had my location Shari g turned off. At all times. I always do.

Was trying to do a one off share so sister could meet me in town and noticed the Shari g button was already on.

I've noticed sometimes there are apps open I know I didn't open to look at and lastly at least 3 times in the last week when I've been scoring I've noticed the screen go momentarily black as if I was doing a screenshot. But I'm not actually doing it?

Is my phone
Haunted?

I don't know but I can tell that in the last two weeks I am receiving a lot of spam calls from mobile numbers (as opposed to the usual 0845 lot). Once I called back and the guy on the other end said his phone was right next to him and he didn't make a call. I advised him to call his network provider as clearly either his phone was hacked or his number was cloned.
So I wouldn't discount this possibility.
