Spending money per week on holiday at home

We live abroad in a tourist place, our holidays are usually back to the U.K. or camping an hour away. We can’t afford it this year and will just be off work at home relaxing for two weeks (two adults, one six year old)
How much spending money would you save back per week? We have petrol etc, so it’s really only on food, a couple of lunches or dinners per week, coffees & ice creams, a fair & maybe a couple of treat days on sunloungers on the beach (when you live here, you don’t generally pay for them and settle for towels on the sand 😂

Surely you have a better idea how much this cost where you live than MN? If you don’t already and can afford it I would factor in the cost of house clean at beginning and end of your holiday.

@Recoverymoreprotein Why? Just as a treat so we don’t have to you mean?

How can anyone give you a useful answer when no-one knows where you live/ the cost of anything in that country?!

Do you mean how much would you save by not going to UK?

So you don’t spend your ‘holiday’ cleaning.
