There were 2 meet and great staff and 3 staff on the bank floor.
But they expect you to go in to the bank to get an appointment to go into the bank to do your banking!
We went across the high street to my bank and they said it can be done via app, quick explanation to how and we did it in 10 minutes at home.
AIBU to think it's nuts to have 5 staff in a bank where there's just 2 customers and expect them to come back another day to be served?
