if it emphasised alternative energy/transport sources as much as it hectors those using existing sources. I agree with the aims of the movement as many people do. But what is the narrative emerging from blocking motorways & airports? Anyone using. fossil fuelled car or aviation (in other words most drivers & almost everyone flying) is morally reprehensible. Gas boilers, meat consumption and air-conditioning also cause climate issues, but why aren't they attacking these? It's like the narrative is stay at home & work remotely for the rest of your lives, ought be OK if in a city but if you look after an elderly relative ans live in a remote area with nothing to do? Why isn't there more emphasis on funding investment in green electricity & high speed trains?
