Firstly it was a cosmetic op (rhinoplasty) and I 100% do not expect anyone to remember or care - we all live our own lives.
My issue is I told her to her face I was having it done, she asked to meet up on what would the weekend after my op and I said no because I’m having my op.
Saw her tonight and she said “you never told me you were getting it done”
Just made me feel a bit insignificant? I didn’t expect her to remember the date or ask how it was etc but I did think she’d remember once she saw me.
