Our cat poops/pees outside the litter tray - I'm at my wits end trying to put some protecting floor covering! I need something both wipeable and machine washable - any suggestions?

P.s. as to why she does this.. we don't know, she's been in and out of the vets with various things suggested.

Just want a cleaning solution. Regular cat mats are either wipeable or washable...

Put the tray onto a puppy pad. You can buy them cheap in bulk.

My brain damaged cat does this. I have some rubber matting and put old towels down so they can be boiled washed in the machine and the rubber matting routinely washed

Buy a bigger tray and put the original inside.

My poorly old boy started doing this and we put his tray inside a bbq rack cleaning tray - he still missed the original tray 50% of the time but at least it was contained in the bigger tray. I then used bleach spray and only-for-this-purpose-and-washed dishcloths to clean the big tray.

Miss that bugger
