I’m aware that this is the epitome of 1st world problems and I’m very lucky to have had a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby.
That being said..
I got back to fitting in most of my pre pregnancy clothes (apart from my jeans - they’re still a size up) but I’ve still got a lil belly whereas I didn’t have before and I feel like I’ve got no waistline anymore
Can I eventually go back to my old figure with time and exercise or is this just the shape I am now?
