To ask if this sounds like ADHD?

I have no hyperactive tendencies but I sometimes find it difficult to ‘get going’ and I’m really easily distracted. At the moment I feel stressed and unable to relax as my to-do list is extremely long and full of mundane every day things but I never seem to be able to start it, despite there not really being a barrier. An example of this is that for a long time I have wanted to print out our wedding photographs and frame them on the wall. We have been married for 9 months. Never bothered to at first as we knew we were moving house, but we’ve been in the new house a month and I still haven’t done it.

Does this sound like ADHD or something else?

It depends of there's more to it and whether you have form for this going back to your childhood. I struggle with housework and focus at work and I also struggle with things like accents and remembering where I put my purse, phone etc. At school I was always being told off for daydreaming and untidiness. Then there's the who rejection sensitivity and hyperfocus thing which you'd know about if you've experienced them. I don't think not printing your photos alone is indicative of anything but procrastination is definitely part of a bigger picture.

It's hard to tell from that small snippet. Certainly ADHD isn't always hyperactivity. My OH is the inattentive type. He gets overwhelmed easily too and executive function was low before his meds.
But it maybe that you are just feeling stressed/burnt out. There is lots of information online that goes through different symptoms of ADHD.

Yeah I do hyperfocus on things and can spend hours on one topic and neglect everything else. On every school report it says about daydreaming! I can totally tune out and miss what people are saying and do it quite a lot.
