To get this tiny mole on face looked at?

I have a tiny mole or freckle on my cheek. Not sure how long it's been there as I'm covered in moles, freckles and melasma so don't notice when new ones arrive.

This one is stinging and I guess itching a little as I keep absent mindely scratching it. It's slightly raised.

It's tiny though so not sure if I should contact the GP or not because it could just be a spot under the freckle or something?

Ive had a spot on my face (a bit further back, closer to the ear) for several months. I was able to get it checked by my surgery.

Turns out it's a type of cyst and harmless, but it set my mind at rest. Any change is worth checking.
