Does anyone know if I can book the holiday before STBX has approved? It's to go to Spain so aware I need his permission.
I don't think he will say yes so think I will have to get a court order but really want to get holiday booked as we have found a good deal, its for extended family so 9 of us.
He has been really spiteful all the way along and I left him because of his controlling and manipulation.
If I send him an email with all details and saying I am more than happy for him to have the same with the kids next year is that OK.
Holiday is for May 2025 so loads of notice.
Not really sure how the process works.
