To ask advice from anyone here who has had a stomach ulcer?

I think I may have a stomach ulcer. I have a gnawing, burning pain in my upper abdomen. I've had this pain before but much milder, usually linked to taking ibuprofen for period pain.

Paracetamol hasn't helped, neither has Gaviscon. Does this sound like a stomach ulcer? I'm not sure if need to see a GP or if it'll get better on its own?

Could be a few different things but go and get it check ASAP. Could be anything really from a hernia to a heart attack. If Gavisvon isn't helping it's possibly not stomach based. If you smoke that can cause heartburn.Please get it checked + be sure to explain your symptoms clearly. Worse after eating or eating a high fat meal can be gallstones etc etc
