What would this have been? Heart problem

I know nobody can say for sure but just wondered if anyone can tell me what this would likely have been?!

I was told by my mom that I was born with something wrong with my heart, but that it was something that is fairly common in babies? She went back for a review after I was born (it was either 6 weeks or 3 weeks later- I can’t remember) and they said it had fixed itself

unfortunately im not able to get any more information about it from my mom and she was very vague with details, im sure she said it was something about a valve, but she also said it was something to do with a hole in my heart

just wondered out of interest if anyone knows what this sounds like it would have been? When I googled hole in heart in babies it was coming up with really serious things whereas whatever I had was apparently not super rare and usually fixes itself so not sure if that’s it or not

doesn’t make a difference anymore obviously because I’m fine now but just wondered if this rung any bells with anyone 👍🏻

My first thought was some kind of septal defect, or maybe pulmonary stenosis
