To ask for advice please? EasyJet fee for plane ticket middle name addition.

I’ve just booked some EasyJet flight tickets for me and a few other passengers. Unfortunately I forgot to put in my middle name and the middle name of another passenger.

I’m waiting in the queue to talk to an online customer rep about this, but have seen there is a fee payable for name changes and it’s £60(!!!)

I know this is my fault and I feel beyond stupid right now. But £60 per name change is outrageous. Has anyone ever had this before? Thanks in advance.

You don't need the middle name. You'll be fine.

I just panicked for a bit as I don’t think I’ve ever put my middle name on a flight booking, but when the other passengers I’m travelling with sent me their booking details, they included their middle names and that made me think I should’ve put mine in (I put my passenger info before adding in theirs). And then, helpfully, I forgot to add their middle names foo 😂😂

You definitely don’t need to add your middle name, you’ll be fine OP.

I have two family names and I don’t even always add both to my bookings - I usually travel on just one.
