To have cried at the dentists?

2 weeks ago I went for a consultation for composite bonding, just two teeth, very minimal. I had to go back to reception and tell her it was just two teeth and I could tell she was really confused and she rang upstairs and booked my appointment.

This morning I’ve gone in and they said they said it was just a mock up today which I was confused about. I was lying down and it seemed to be taking ages and they were saying how on the day I could bring in my music and comfy clothes ..:

They showed me the mocked up and it was my entire set of top teeth, so which I said “no it’s just the two side teeth” and the dentist got so angry with me, ranting about “why didn’t you say something sooner?!??!!”. Clearly the reception got the appointment wrong, I also couldn’t see hay he was doing in my mouth. I left in tears because he was so horrible to me.

That's awful OP. I would seriously complain! Even if she got the appointment wrong. Why is the treatment plan not on your details.

Awww OP don't worry,. It happens.

I remember being in the bank once, very much upset and I too cried.
My issue was sorted and I hope your Dental issue is too.
