Mixed these 2 cleaning chemicals, do I need to worry?

Are there any chemists here? I’ve sprayed the baby’s fabric playpen with Vital Baby Sani water (ingredients - water and hypochlorous acid)

Then sprayed over with white vinegar to deodorise (whilst the sani water was still wet).

I didn’t think the Sani water was bleach, but I’m now worried I’ve mixed bleach and vinegar and created chlorine gas. Have left room, opened all window. Should I be worried or am I overreacting?

If it is dangerous, do I need to do something with playpen and the toys that are in it?

It’s not bleach, you’ll be fine

That vital baby spray is so safe you can spray it onto their dummies that then go into their mouth and their hands if needed. It is definitely not bleach.

You'd know instantly. Chlorine gas is yellow/green and pungently smells like concentrated bleach.

I think the pH of vinegar is too high to cause the hypochlorous acid to decompose. You also have it spread out over a play mat, not mixed together in a container.
