My next door neighbour (terrace) is having a party tonight. She did send a message out to the neighbour WhatsApp saying it was her birthday this weekend and she had plans. The music is still going and I've just been woken up by a load of them leaving, drunk an singing. I need to wake up in 4 hours to go do a 12 hour shift. Would I be unreasonable to ask them to turn it down?
