Help me interpret my ultrasound results?

I know I should trust the doctors but they’ve labelled everything as normal, no further concerns… I’m unsure.
I’ve suffered from bloating and severe pain in my right side for ages now.

The results said:
Right ovary 6.3ml
Left ovary 7.2ml
i have read anything over 6 is abnormal.

It also said
“midline echo noted. Endometrial thickness 8mm”
I have also seen that anything around 8 is abnormal?

I am really worried as I get frequent ovary pain and bloating??

I can tell you are very worried but please be careful of advice given on here. You have no idea of who is saying it. I personally would rather take the advice of the doctors who had seen me and had my records to look at.

Your results are normal. A sonographer has scanned you, assessed the images and written a report telling your doctor the results are normal. Your doctor has told you they are normal. Why do you think a bunch of, mostly non medically trained, people with zero experience of diagnostic imaging will be able to give you better results than a doctor and a sonog with a radiology degree and a post graduate qualification in sonography.

Your results are totally normal, as your doctors have already pointed out.

I don't know where you've seen/read that they would abnormal, but they're not, so if I were you I'd step away from Google.
