I'm hot. Too hot. Today, I've wanted to sit outside in my garden. I imagine lots of people have wanted to be outside and enjoy the space they have.
But, my neighbour runs some kind of manufacturing business from his garage, which is next door to my house. He's constantly grinding, sawing and making a racket from 9-5, sometimes earlier, sometime later.
Am I justified in making a complaint about the noise to the council? Is it worth it? I know that it's no longer unusual for people to work from home but I feel that it's a bit different if you're sat on a laptop all day. It's reached the point where we can't hear ourselves in our garden and we can still hear it in the house.
