Having issues with the Paris Olympics official resale site

Can anyone help please 🙏🏽 I am trying to buy tickets via the official resale site.

When I do a search of the dates/sport I want, it tells me that there are a few offers available starting at €€€ but when I click on the the arrow to expand and take me to the offers, it says "unfortunately there are no offers for this session". Why do the offers disappear as soon as you click on them?

Does anyone have the same issue or know how to get around it? 😭 Their customer service "live chat" is totally useless

That happens if the tickets you're after are already in someone else's basket. I spent about 4 weeks trying to get tickets for the men's table tennis final on there, I had to just keep refreshing the page all day every day until some came up and I could get in before someone else.

I heard everything was fully sold out now (not that I'm even remotely interested in going)

Well, you can still get tickets for athletics finals for example (I got some the other day) and new tickets are being released every day on the resale platform

@TheLeadbetterLife I cannot thank you enough - I managed to get a ticket 🤩 for my daughter (who is an absolutely MASSIVE tennis fan) for the Tennis finals on Saturday 💪🏻

I would have spent another 3 days on the phone to customer services and on that bloody useless live chat instead of constantly refreshing the page like a maniac and trying to be quicker than Usain Bolt in trying to snap up the tickets 😂

Just to warn you, we spent an hour queuing for the toilet and a drink this week. Take as much with you as you can!!

We will have an extremely tight schedule as we will try to make both the tennis in the afternoon and the athletics in the evening 🤦‍♀️ it will probably take ages to get a taxi but we will give it a go 😄
