After i had finished the role play presentation.

• Interviewer: we saw towards the end that you were more relaxed and saw how you would speak to a client.

• When the one interviewer asked the 2nd interviewer if she had any questions. She said 'no you covered everything and I wanted to ask you questions but you were covering everything. "You did really really well and the content was good'. "Personality is important and enthusiasm and you showed that in spaces'.

• The second interviewer also said she knows the background about the conversations I have had with the first interviewer previously. She said this before she answered that she had no questions for me.

They said they have on more candidate to interview on Monday and that if I don't hear anything this week not to stress.

I wasn't asked any competency questions in this interview or the last two interviews.

I guess I'm feeling nervous because although what I delivered was good and they said this know I was really nervous and I don't think I came across warm like I would when I speak to a client. They did say it's tough in this situation and they know this because it's such unnatural environment .

Like everyone else I guess I really really want this job. I've had two interviews previously and this was my third one which involved me presenting a set of slides that I had drafted (pension related).

I know it's not the point of your post, but if I was told I'd have to go through three interviews, give a presentation, and take part in a role play, I'd tell them to keep their job!
