Wedding coming up, just had a baby and feel huge!

Does anyone have any ideas of elegant, slimming outfits I could wear to this wedding (as a guest). I'm 10 weeks PP and belly is still popping out, also have a lot of baby weight to still lose to get back to more pregnancy weight, I just don't feel good about myself.

I'm thinking elegant maxi dress but don't want to look basic. This wedding is at a prestigious venue and I'm sure people will be expecting everyone to look their best, I'd rather not go to be honest!

Firstly, get some Spanx to keep your wobbly bits still. You will feel better, regardless of what you wear! Or if you will be wearing tights, get some magic wear ones from M&S.

Secondly, these are nice. From Next online.

I’d go with a flowy maxi dress and nice accessories and try not to worry - in the nicest possible way, no-one is going to be noticing your belly, and no-one will care if they do. You’ve been invited because they like you and want your company. Go for a colour that shows off your hair/skin/eye colour, do your hair nicely and wear something comfortable that doesn’t cling, and try to be proud of your body for producing a new human (I think it took me about a year to look like my old self, so I do know how you feel… but be kind to yourself)

Get a beautiful long wrap/scarf. You can drap this over you when you feel like more cover. Ifs patterned it will distract from the dress. You’ll look great. Go for comfort and you’ll feel at ease.

Are your calves slim? If so try a shift style dress, maybe with willowy sleeves? Short sleeves? And Spanx that goes as high as your bra line?

Oh no Op, don't feel like not going but I totally understand.
What height are you, what style of dress do you normally favour, colours, best bits of you that you like?
Congrats on your baby by the way.
