To ask how to manage this insatiable steroid hunger

I am on a course of steroids, have another five weeks left. I am starving, I have never been so consistently hungry. I am planning out my main meals to ensure high protein, good portions without going crazy, and manage to get to late afternoon before I just start eating everything in sight. Dinner does not satisfy me no matter what it is. I am thinking about my stomach constantly, weight is piling on.

I'm not massively worried about the weight as I know it's temporary and can fix this afterwards (annoying that it's in the height of summer and before going on holiday though) but I am struggling to get through the day being so hungry and obsessed with food. I am already daydreaming about the fact I'm in the office tomorrow and can go out to get lunch.

Are there any secret tips to curb this or do I just have to embrace it? Clothes still fit at this point but not sure how much longer that will last.

I feel your pain. It's so hard - I'm on high dose of prednisone and will be for a long time. Two weeks ago I realised I had grown the steroid moon face and have now gone to steroid induced pre diabetes so have had to give myself a gigantic kick up the arse re diet.
I'm eating shit loads of yoghurt each day, vast amounts of veg, more protein than I thought possible and trying to keep to just homemade sourdough for carbs.
Sparkling water helps reduce down the hungry hangry monster. Non sparkling does not fill me up in the same way. Jelly sweets also help me though am going to make real jelly after one of the responses above. Coffee is good too.
My best tip though is toast a packet of flaked almonds or cashews and when you need a nibble munch on those. Nuts are good!
Good luck.
