Hotel Baby cot charges

We’ve paid for a holiday to Amsterdam, 2 adults and one child, and added the extra breakfast for all three. My LO is 2 for reference. I’ve emailed to ask for a baby cot in the room (I only choose the hotel as this was a feature offered). I was surprised they have said yes but for 15€ a day. Is this normal? I understand hire fees and I’m not opposed to them but as I’ve already just booked an executive room for space, for 3 people and that is obviously more expensive than for 2 people.

Is this right even though I’ve paid for 3 people already? First holiday so new to this. Thanks everyone 😳

Do they think the baby is a 4th person?

Email and clarify!

Seems a bit weird. Maybe they think the 2 year old will be in your bed?

If you don't want to pay the £15 per night charge (and they haven't added it accidentally) then you could buy a toddler ready bed from Argos. They're £25 and fold up small as they're inflatable. They include a cover so you wouldn't need separate bedding.

Or get something from Amazon delivered direct to the hotel
