Getting in to bed after the bedding has just been washed with lots of fabric softener.
Early morning walks when it is very quiet and peaceful.

Seeing 'brown paper packages tied up with string' that have not yet been stolen from your doorstep.

When an egg or a pancake or something comes out perfectly round.

Looking around at where we live and thinking how so, so lucky we are to have finally got to be somewhere we love, after all these years and all the stuff.
