Reflex anoxic seizure

My DD5 had a reflex anoxic seizure at the weekend for the first time. Does anyone have any experience of these? Is it likely to be a one off? I understand they’re not life threatening but I’m concerned about it happening again. Any advice gratefully received.

My son has these started when he was about 2 and still having them now he’s 12. He had one yesterday while watching the jungle book on tv his is being scared what brings them on.

i was told he would probably grow out of them but he’s getting big now and when it happens when out can be dangerous because he just drops .
I am wondering what can I do if they carry on will he need a helmet just in case .
