The NMC is the regulatory body for nurses and midwives. They set the standards laid out in the Code of Conduct but this is how they carry on. Shame on them.

It’s sickening to hear about the bullying and unprofessional behaviour amongst so called professionals. It’s more sickening to hear about the way in which it is covered up and swept under the carpet.

A lot of what goes on doesn’t get reported because there is a fear of not being believed and a fear of repercussions. Often, when things do get reported they’re not investigated properly in a timely manner.

There’s too many incompetent managers in the NHS who are not capable of managing staff.
