After a frankly terrifying conversation with my GP yesterday, I have to lose weight. A lot of weight.
I have coeliac and don’t eat meat. I’m also intolerant to dairy.
AIBU to ask for help and support in the form of recipes/links for great gf plant based meal ideas? I’m just so stuck. I’m not a bad cook but I’m incredibly time poor and keep falling back on jacket potato type food that is very easy and quick.
The sort of thing I love is roasted beetroot, Asian slaw type salads, anything with a nutty dressing/sauce, wraps etc.
Trying to keeps carbs to a minimum.
Recipes for things that I can make and eat that day but that also taste great the following day would be ideal.
Im hoping this might be helpful to anyone else who is gf and needs to lose weight too.
