To ask if this is a mole?

Iv had this on my hip for years and lately it’s started bleeding and being really itchy. Is it a skin tag? I’m not sure what it is and I can’t really see it where it is to exam it properly lol

You need to see your gp asap. Anything pigmented that changes, itches and bleeds needs checking.

Yes get it checked. It has a jagged edge and if it is itchy and bleeding better to get it looked at.

Definitely get it looked at. I had one removed but it turned out to be nothing. And another that was seborrheic keratosis. Not a mole at all. But don't second guess.

What ever you do don't use those apps that check for skin cancer. They aren't accurate at all. Go to the doctors. Good luck and fingers crossed it's all OK.

Looks exactly like seborrhoeic keratosis, I had an identical lesion. I went to Boots, had it photographed by the pharmacist with the dermascope and had a report from a consultant dermatologist in 3 days . £40 .Fantastic service, have a look to see if your branch does it, it's called Mole Scanning Service. Yes, get it checked.
