Has anyone used kids pass is it a scam

So I just booked 3 tickets for my son and his friends on this app and save nearly 15 pounds but the tickets haven't arrived and they want to go first thing in the morning. Has anyone else used the app? Money has gone from my bank account

We've used it. Not a scam but found you can often get similar prices via other offers. Might just have been us though.

When did you book the tickets? Do you have an email confirmation or screenshot?

It’s not a scam as such but it is difficult to cancel and they don’t refund. I would NOT recommend it to anyone.

Much prefer the tickets website.

I used to use it a lot, with no problems. Zoo, cinema etc. They normally send you a code, it can be a bit of a faff typing them in but they definitely work
