Posting for traffic.

Does anybody use and recommend a pelvic floor trainer? I’m on a wait list for women’s physio and only minor issues to fix so willing to give a trainer a try.

Thanks

A Kegel8 improved things quite a lot for me. It's not a complete cure, and I still have some leakage sometimes, but it does mean I no longer have to wear pads.

I bought a little tens machine thing from Amazon. Was about £60. It has helped.

This one.

I have this too and after using it for a few months I noticed a massive improvement.

I can now do skipping without peeing myself!
