Hey sorry I don't know what category to put this in but I have an interview for band 3 phlebotomy I don't have any experience but wondering if anyone could give me a heads up on the interview question if anyone has done it before, dreading it! lol thankyou

For patient-facing roles they would typically give you some scenarios and ask how you would proceed. This could be anything from "distressed SEN patient came in for the appointment with their carer. Describe what considerations need to be made for an effective treatment". You could be given several of these relevant to your setting. Other questions may include general questions around best practice and your previous experience for example, how would you resolve a conflict with a colleague/patient etc.
I don't have much experience interviewing below band 5 but even across the same band, interviews vary greatly by the setting. In one trust I had a firing round of 11 scenarios with zero questions about anything else/myself. In another setting, it was much more conversational with opportunity to show my personality and experience. There is really no way of telling.

Safeguarding will almost certainly come up
For patient facing roles. And probably how would you deal with X situation. Also how would you deal with people who are needle phobic etc.
