Leaving during the school holidays

Im a school cleaner, im moving country's in august and the school year ends next week. I dont know when to hand in my notice as i have to go in during the summer for a 2 week deep clean? Should i send it now and say my last day is the final deep clean day?

What does your contract say about the notice period?

Ive looked at the handbook but i can't find anything anywhere

Do you need the money of the two week deep clean? Did you have a contract when you started?

Your HR Manager or Bursar/School Business Manger should be able to get a copy of your contract which will state what notice you need to give

If you are moving to a different country. Surely that can't be delayed by a schools summer clean. Hand your notice in!
