Add an extension onto a house with a flat roof.

We live in an expensive area outside London and can’t afford a 3 bed .

We live in an end terrace which has a flat roof . Do you think there is anyway we could add an extension onto a flat roof property?

You will need to speak with a structural engineer. It depends on how the extension is constructed… what the foundations and walls are like etc. You will also need planning permission.
