To ask for your help with my phone?

I have an iPhone XR but this problem has occurred on all my iPhones.

Every now and again Call Forwarding is randomly switched on.
I don't notice straight away so don't get all my calls.

I have bought a new iPhone and want to keep my number but I don't want to have to deal with the Call Forwarding thing again.

I can't get through to O2 and there's nothing in the help sections on the app.

Is the problem linked to my sim or what else could it be!!

Oh if anyone knows how to actually speak to a human being on O2 that would be fabulous!!

Have you checked it's not switched on under Settings? Sorry if this seems a bit simplistic but you didn't say you have checked this.

@ApolloandDaphne yes, I have to go into settings every time to turn the damn thing off.
Then randomly it will be back on.
