Life is good

I've had loads of problems with my MH and was at its worst last year......
It's not an aibu but I just really need to tell someone
I've been working so hard on my MH and doing so much better, I'm even back to work part time and getting back into my hobbies.
The best part is...... I'm 7mth sober today and I'm so proud of myself

You must be so pleased and proud of yourself. What is especially lovely is that you recognise that all the hard work you have put in, is paying off. Something that is so often overlooked is that to really have long term success, you need to do it for yourself, and ultimately, by yourself.
