Purple blood filled lump after wax

Is this normal? Hollywood wax 😳

Sounds like a haematoma, (essentially a blood blister) not great but not the end of the world, it should resolve without intervention. I had a rubbish wax recently and it's left me a little sore.

Can I ask was it wax and strips or the harder wax?

Does it mean she did something wrong? It was the strips. Generally my skin where she's waxed is dry, spotty and just not looking good.
