Sunburnt and so annoyed with myself

On holiday and have burnt so badly on my back. It's so painful. I'm so annoyed with myself and feel like I've ruined the rest of my holiday.

I hear you. I forgot my suntan lotion last week in the hotel room and have come back with burnt arms. I got complacent as was a uk holiday. I had used my face sunblock so face is fine.

It's so painful that I've stayed in the room today
