Just felt these today, not itchy, don’t hurt, can visibly feel them, v raised like tiny pin pricks, only on my chest, nowhere else

They usually are. I get one or two on my face but several between my boobs

Maybe heat rash.

Or, have you used suncream? Certain ones bring my eldest up in this type of rash. The ones that don't sink in so the skin can't breathe.

I have health anxiety and am getting so worried, it’s on my back too, but only my chest and back, you wouldn’t get this with sepsis would you?

If it was sepsis you would know. It's a horrible infection and you would feel ghastly. Phone your doctor on Monday.

Very unlikely unless it becomes part of a reaction to another infection, which would have other symptoms. More likely to be a sensitivity to different washing powder, toiletries, sun exposure etc.

I just want to reassure you that unless you are unwell, it's not sepsis. It's likely to be heat, allergy - that kind of thing.

I have kidney stones at the moment, very tired and a headache, was just getting a bit paranoid as this seems to have come out of nowhere
