Manager is a nice guy but cannot manage. There’s a few in the team that push the boundaries on everything, they do as little as they can possibly get away with, actually spending more time plotting how to do nothing and covering their tracks than it would take to just do the fucking job in the first place.
Weve complained to manager who admits that these people are difficult to manage and it’s just how they are. It’s got to a point where a few of the team want to leave because of it.
Manager above is approachable but very high up in the organisation and this may get our manager into trouble - we don’t want that but we cannot go on as it is. Should we go over managers head or just put up and shut up.
